Pet Policy

When searching for a student apartment in Lawrence, you’ll want to consider the community’s pet policy. Some communities require pet rent, some have weight or breed restrictions, and some communities do not allow pets at all.

At Orchard Corners we allow a maximum of two pets per unit with no weight limit. Aggressive breeds are restricted and there is a $150 one-time pet fee and a $150 refundable pet deposit. Pet rent is $15/mo for cats, and $25/mo for dogs.
